What is Strat Tower bar ?

Strut Tower Bar is a standard item for body reinforcement. It will stabilize suspension’s behavior by preventing body from twisting at cornering. This is particularly effective with old models. Fitting a Strut Tower Bar to front section of a car will improve steering response, and also improve controllability of the car when fitted at the rear section as rear section’s behavior becomes more recognizable. Installations of these are easy, prices are reasonable, and most of all enhance your car’s appearance.

Carbing tower bar brackets use 4,55.0mm thick base plate for enough strength and rigidity. It is designed to fit perfectly to the vehicle strut tower bar top without any gap between the for each application to eliminate any play from vehicle vibration.

4. Possible to control the extreme force owing to make some force release points daringly.

Okuyama (Carbing) product welding has some force release points that are determined by experience. This non complete welding releases stress caused by various driving conditions that may cause any accidents like cracks. Owing to our force release points, the damage to the one side is reduced if there is any hit on the other side.

Separated 2point shaped strut bar.Its shaft and bracket are separated.Only for vehicles that have difficulty of installation.

Added extra anchor to the firewall.All welded constriction V shaped 3 point structure.

All welded constriction 2 point strut bar.30×50φ shaped main shaft is applied. 2030% increased its rigidity more than standard.

strut tower bar Type X

Added extra anchor to the firewall.Its shaft and bracket are separated. *Only available for Porsche,GolfU.

Added extra anchor to the firewall. All welded constriction 3 point triangulation of structure. 30×50φ shaped main shaft is applied. 2030% increased its rigidity more than standard.

6. About a bolt joint.

Bar and the installation bases are separated due to installation difficulties and space limitations. Most conventional products use only one bolt design. It does not hold all the forces Strut tower bar is supposed to hold in a primary purpose since the joints allows up and down movements. Okuyama spirit for the best performance added bolt to make two bolts design to brace the joints as strong as welded construction models. (except for some models)

7. Role of a Master Cylinder Stopper.

Master Cylinder Stopper regulates the unwanted movement of itself during driving. This results in better feel and touch of the brake pedal. Master Cylinder Stopper is best suited for the drivier wanting to have quick and direct control of brake.
